Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pterygium excision,autologous stem cell transplantation combined with amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Method:A total of 156 patients with pterygium who admitted to Changzhou Aier Eye Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group(88 cases)and the observation group(88 cases).The control group was given pterygium excision combined with autologous stem cell transplantation,while the observation group was given pterygium excision,autologous stem cell transplantation combined with amniotic membrane transplantation,both groups were given Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Drops after operation.The postoperative recurrence and adverse reactions,changes in eye indicators[break-up time(BUT),fluorescein(FL),Sehirmer Ⅰ test(SⅠT)],pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and corneal healing time were compared between two groups.Result:The postoperative recurrence rate,FL score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the BUT was higher than that of the control group,and the corneal healing time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there were no significant differences in the total incidence of adverse reactions and SⅠT between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pterygium excision,autologous stem cell transplantation combined with amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of pterygium has a positive effect,which can effectively improve eye symptoms,further relieve pain,avoid recurrence,so as to improve the overall efficacy.关键词
