摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures(OTVCF).Method:The clinical data of 125 patients with OTVCF who admitted to Laohekou First Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, they were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods,62 patients treated with PVP were set as the control group, and 63 patients treated with PKP were set as the observation group, the patients were followed up for 6 months. The perioperative indicators, imaging indicators,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score, visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Barthel index(BI)score and complications of two groups were compared.Result:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the bone cement injection volume, fluoroscopy times and bone cement dispersion coefficient were more than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the anterior vertebral height, middle vertebral height and BI score of the observation group after operation were higher than those of the control group,Cobb angle was smaller than that of the control group,ODI score,VAS score and complication rate were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PKP is more effective in the treatment of OTVCF than PVP,and can better improve the morphology of injured vertebrae, accelerate the recovery of vertebral function, alleviate daily life restrictions, and have fewer complications.关键词
