摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia on hemodynamics and analgesic efficacy in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.Method:The data from 70 patients who completed hip replacement surgery from January 2021 and June 2024 in Liyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were retrospectively collected.According to the anesthesia method,32 patients who received simple spinal-epidural anesthesia were included in the control group,38 patients who received transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia were included in the observation group. The operation conditions, hemodynamics[mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)at 5 min before induction(T0),at skin incision(T1),at the end of operation(T2)and 10 min after operation(T3)]and pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)at 6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation]were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in operation time, anesthesia plane and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in MAP,HR,time point and interaction between the two groups(P<0.05).MAP and HR levels of both groups in T1 and T2 were lower than those in T0,and the levels in T3 were higher than those in T1 and T2,and the MAP and HR levels of T1 and T2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in VAS between groups, time points and interaction between the two groups(P<0.05).VAS scores at 12 h and 24 h after surgery of both groups were higher than 6 h after surgery, and 24 h after surgery was higher than 12 h after surgery, and the VAS scores of the observation group at 12 h and 24 h after operation were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia in hip replacement surgery can help maintain hemodynamic stability, assist in pain relief, and alleviate postoperative pain.关键词
