复方甘草酸苷联合异维A酸治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的临床价值

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Isotretinoin in the treatment of papulopustular rosacea.Method:A total of 100 patients with papulopustular rosacea admitted to the Dermatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using the random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Isotretinoin Capsules alone,while the observation group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in addition to Isotretinoin Capsules.The treatment effect and improvement of skin damage in two groups of patients were observed and analyzed through dermatoscopy,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-8(IL-8)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)]were compared before and after treatment.Adverse events during treatment was also recorded.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion score of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8 and TGF-β1 in both groups were decreased,and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Compound Glycyrrhizin and Isotretinoin has shown significant therapeutic effects in treating papulopustular rosacea,effectively improving skin damage,reducing inflammatory cytokine levels,and has good safety.关键词
