Abstract
Objective:To compare the influence of Nalbuphine or Dezocine combined with Propofol on the incidence rate of respiratory depression in patients undergoing painless colonoscopy.Method:A total of 102 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy in Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from May 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into Nalbuphine group(n=51)and Dezocine group(n=51)according to the odd-even method of random roll of dice.Nalbuphine group was anesthetized with Nalbuphine combined with Propofol,and Dezocine group was anesthetized with Dezocine combined with Propofol,the perioperative indicators(disappearance time of consciousness,postoperative recovery time,observation time in hospital),vital signs[heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),oxygen saturation(SpO2)]at 5 min before anesthesia,at the time of endoscopy and at the time of exploration,pain degree[numeric rating scale(NRS)]at 1 h,2 h and 5 h after examination,and incidence of adverse reactions(hiccup,respiratory depression,dizziness)were compared between two groups.Result:There were no statistical differences in the disappearance time of consciousness,postoperative recovery time and observation time in hospital between the two groups(P>0.05);there were no statistical differences in the HR,MAP and SpO2 between two groups at 5 min before anesthesia,the time of endoscopy and the time of exploration(P>0.05);there were no significant differences in NRS scores between the two groups at 1 h,2 h and 5 h after examination(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of hiccups and dizziness between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of respiratory depression in the nalbuphine group was lower than that in the dezocine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nalbuphine or Dezocine combined with Propofol during painless colonoscopy can obtain ideal anesthetic effects,however,Nalbuphine is more helpful to avoid the occurrence of respiratory depression.关键词
