火龙罐综合灸疗法联合常规西药干预糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效观察
Observation on Clinical Effect of Fire Dragon Jar Comprehensive Moxibustion Therapy Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Intervention of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fire dragon jar comprehensive moxibustion therapy combined with conventional western medicine in the intervention of diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method:A total of 96 patients with DPN who admitted to Sanshui District People's Hospital from November 2023 to August 2024 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with fire dragon jar comprehensive moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms score,peripheral nerve conduction velocity,oxidative stress injury indexes level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the peripheral nerve conduction velocity of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of fire dragon jar comprehensive moxibustion therapy combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of DPN is significant,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve exercise capacity,and also alleviate the degree of oxidative stress injury,without significantly increasing adverse reactions.关键词
