Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors and related intervention measures after laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in children with indirect inguinal hernia.Method:A total of 135 children with indirect inguinal hernia who admitted to Putian First Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,all patients were underwent laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac.The postoperative recurrence was counted,and the clinical data such as age and gender of the children were collected,the influencing factors of postoperative recurrence were explored.Result:Among 135 cases,14 cases(10.37%)had recurrence after operation;univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in age,giant hernia,obesity,adhesion of hernia ring,size of inner ring,type of ligation line,peritoneal relaxation of posterior wall of hernia between recurrent children and non-recurrent children(P<0.05);logistic regression analysis showed that age>6 years old(OR=9.135,95%CI:2.649,31.503),obesity(OR=6.953,95%CI:2.037,23.738),hernia ring adhesion(OR=6.349,95%CI:1.994,20.220),huge hernia(OR=3.932,95%CI:1.234,12.525),internal ring opening>3 cm(OR=7.709,95%CI:2.034,29.217),absorbable ligature thread(OR=12.150,95%CI:2.594,56.909),peritoneal relaxation of posterior wall of hernia(OR=4.702,95%CI:1.39,15.903)were risk factors for recurrence after laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in children with indirect inguinal hernia(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors related to recurrence in children with inguinal hernia after laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac,such as age>6 years old,obesity,hernia ring adhesion,huge hernia,internal ring opening>3 cm,absorbable ligature thread,and peritoneal relaxation of posterior wall of hernia.关键词
