摘要
Abstract
Parkinson's disease(PD)is a chronic progressive neurological disease that occurs in middle-aged and elderly individuals,and affects the whole brain.In addition to movement disorders,cognitive impairment(CI)poses a significant challenge for PD patients,profoundly impacting their quality of life.CI has a certain impact on the brain structure,function and metabolism of PD patients,and MRI imaging technology can noninvasively evaluate these changes.Therefore,this article reviewed the research progress of multimodal magnetic resonance imaging techniques such as structural MRI imaging and functional MRI imaging in the changes of brain network structure and function in PD patients with CI(PD-CI),and preliminarily discusses the mechanism of PD-CI,it provided an important basis for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation,and provided a scientific basis for the formulation of individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs.关键词
