自动心肺复苏仪在成人心跳骤停患者急救中的应用效果
Application Effect of Automatic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Apparatus in Adult Patients with Cardiac Arrest

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)instrument in adult patients with cardiac arrest and whether it can reduce the ischemic injury of heart,brain and kidney.Method:A total of 84 patients who underwent in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology and Yongfu County People's Hospital from January 1,2021 to December 31,2023 were selected as the study objects,40 patients who were resuscitated by automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument were selected as the observation group,and 44 patients who underwent hands-free cardiopulmonary resuscitation were selected as the control group.The success rate of resuscitation,vital signs of patients after resuscitation,blood gas analysis results,serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),serum creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase MB(CKMB),serum creatine creatinine(CREA),serum urea(UREA)index and the incidence of complications were observed in both groups.Result:The success rate of resuscitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of spontaneous circulation(ROSC)>24 h in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recovery time of ROSC was earlier than that in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in vital signs,blood gas analysis results,LDH,CK,CKMB,CREA and UREA indexes between the two groups after successful resuscitation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rates of hemopneumothorax,rib fracture and gastric contents regurgitation between the two groups after resuscitation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument has a better rescue effect on patients with cardiac arrest,and has good application value in emergency rescue.关键词
