摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of graded intervention based on the Caprini Thrombosis Risk Assessment Scale in comatose patients after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)surgery.Method:94 coma patients treated in the First Hospital of Nanping City,Fujian Province from December 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received graded intervention based on Caprini thrombus risk assessment scale. The lower limb blood flow, coagulation function, venous thromboembolism(VTE)prevention effect and intervention satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The levels of mean velocity(Vmean),maximum velocity(Vmax),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)in the study group were higher than those in the control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of resistance index(RI)and fibrinogen(FIB)in the study group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of lower limb swelling, skin discoloration and VTE in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The graded intervention based on Caprini Thrombosis Risk Assessment Scale can reduce postoperative VTE,promote coagulation function improvement, and improve lower limb hemodynamics in patients with postoperative coma after ICH.关键词
