Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Feilike mixture combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute bronchitis.Method:100 patients with acute bronchitis admitted to Shangzhou Jinghe Nursing Hospital of Shangluo from February 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Control group received budesonide treatment,observation group combined with Feilike mixture.Symptom improvement time,lung function,inflammatory factors,immune function and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Result:Symptom improvement time of observation group was shorter than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the first day before treatment,there was no significant difference in lung function index inflammatory factors and immune function between the two groups(P>0.05).15 days after treatment,the pulmonary function index of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the inflammatory factors and immune function were lower than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Feilike Mixture combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute bronchitis can reduce the time of symptom improvement,enhance lung function and reduce inflammatory factors,with high safety and remarkable effect.关键词
