黄连解毒汤对治疗帕金森病认知功能障碍及帕金森病临床症状疗效观察
Therapeutic Effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on Cognitive Dysfunction and Clinical Symptoms of Parkinson's Disease

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on cognitive dysfunction and clinical symptoms of Parkinson's disease.Method:60 with Parkinson's disease cognitive dysfunction admitted to Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided intoa control group and an observation group according to random number table method.30 patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with Huanglian Jiadu Decoction on the basis of control group.After 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms of Parkinson's disease,cognitive function,constipation degree,emotional state and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Unified Parkinson's Disease Scale(UPDRS)score the observation group was lower than that points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and the Simple Mental State Scale(MMSE)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(23.14±4.23)points and(24.20±3.09)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of Wexner Constipation Rating Scale(Wexner),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of Parkinson's Disease Sleep Scale(PDSS)was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can achieve significant results in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction in Parkinson's disease,which can not only improve the clinical efficacy of patients,alleviate clinical symptoms of Parkinson's disease,improve cognitive function,but also promote the improvement of constipation,emotional state,as well as further improve the quality of sleep.关键词
