Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of the zero-defect nursing model in the operating room on surgical-related parameters,postoperative recovery,nursing quality,and the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR).Method:102 EMR patients admitted to Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received zero defect nursing mode in the operating room,and patients in the control group received routine nursing.The indexes related to surgery(operation time,amount of blood loss),postoperative recovery(hospitalization days,anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,anal defecation time),nursing quality and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had significantly less intraoperative blood loss than the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group had significantly shorter hospital stays,shorter times to first flatus,bowel sounds recovery,and first bowel movement compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also had significantly higher scores in communication,nursing skills,nursing safety,patient comfort,and patient condition observation compared to the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The zero-defect nursing model in the operating room significantly improves intraoperative blood loss and postoperative recovery in patients undergoing EMR,enhances nursing quality,and reduces the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications.关键词
