摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery combined with early partial weight-bearing training nursing intervention on tibial plateau fractures.Method:A total of 80 patients treated for tibial plateau fracture in the Second Hospital of Longyan from February 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received minimally invasive surgery and routine postoperative nursing, and the study group received minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery and early postoperative partial weight training nursing.Pain degree, physical activity(physical activity time, physical activity time with weight, active kneeling time at 120°),fracture healing time,Lysholm score of knee function, complications and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Result:The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and complication rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the fracture healing time was shorter than that of the control group, the ground activity was better than that of the control group, and the Lysholm score and quality of life score were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery combined with early partial weight training nursing for patients with tibial plateau fracture can accelerate the fracture healing, promote the functional recovery of knee joint, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and have a high safety关键词
