Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of vibration therapy combined with routine rehabilitation on functional recovery and inflammatory factors in patients after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction.Method:Sixty-four patients undergoing ACL reconstruction in People's Hospital of Daye City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to numerical table method,32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given routine rehabilitation treatment combined with vibration training therapy.Before and 6 weeks after treatment,the knee function of the patients was evaluated by Lysholm score and IKDC score,the balance function of the patients was evaluated by Berg scale(BBS),gait analysis was performed,and the muscle force[peak torque(PT)]of the affected knee muscle group was measured.Serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were measured.Result:After treatment,Lysholm score,IKDC score and BBS score in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the stride length,step speed,PT value of knee extension and PT value of knee bend in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vibration therapy combined with routine rehabilitation can improve knee joint function and balance ability,improve walking ability and reduce inflammation in patients after ACL reconstruction.关键词
