摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of immune enteral nutrition support on nutritional status and quality of life in elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 203 elderly patients with middle and advanced colorectal cancer admitted to Huai'an First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=101,receiving conventional nutritional support)and observation group(n=102,receiving immune enteral nutritional support).according to random. The immune function, nutritional status, quality of life score and incidence of intolerance were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, immune function indexes CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,nutritional status indexes serum total protein(TP),albumin(Alb),transfertransferin(TRF)and Functional Assessment of Cancer-Therapy General(FACT-G)of both groups showed an increasing trend, while CD8+showed a decreasing trend, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after intervention, the scores of immune function indicators CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and nutritional status indicators TP,Alb,TRF and FACT-G scales were higher in the observation group during the same period, and the level of CD8+was lower, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and diarrhea in the observation group were 14.71%,9.80%and 7.84%,respectively,which were lower than 26.73%,22.77%and 17.82%in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immune enteral nutrition support can improve the immune function, improve the nutritional status and quality of life of elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer, and has good safety.关键词
