中药热奄包联合循证护理对行PCNL治疗肾结石患者术后腰腹部疼痛的价值研究
Study on the Value of Chinese Herbal Hot Compress Bag Combined with Evidence-Based Nursing in the Treatment of Postoperative Lumbago and Abdominal Pain in Patients with Kidney Stones by PCNL

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of Chinese herbal hot compress bag combined with evidence-based nursing for postoperative abdominal pain in patients with Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Method:From January 2023 to June 2024,80 patients treated with PCNL in Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 40 cases each by random number table method.The control group was given evidence-based nursing after operation,while the study group was given Chinese herbal hot compress bag after operation based on the control group.Before and after nursing,the pain degree,negative emotion and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no statistical significance in the score of pain degree between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The score after nursing was decreased between the two groups,and the score of pain degree in the study group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the score of negative emotion between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).While the score after nursing was decreased between the two groups.and the score of negative emotion in the study group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The score after nursing was improved between the two groups,and score of life quality in the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing combined with Chinese herbal hot compress bag can significantly improve abdominal pain,reduce negative mood and improve the quality of life of patients with PCNL.关键词
