Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of flexible ureteroscope combined with flexible flexible negative pressure ureteric sheath in the treatment of kidney stones.Method:A total of 180 patients with kidney stones admitted to the Sixth Hospital of Guiyang City from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected for this study.After numbering them according to the admission order,they were randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases each by drawing lots.In the control group,flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy(FURL)was performed with a non-flexible ureteral guide sheath.Observation group was treated with FURL,ureteral access sheath(FURS).After treatment,the surgical quality,general indexes,pain degree,complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The stone clearance rate of the observation group was 95.56%(86/90),and that of the control group was 85.56%(77/90).The stone clearance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group 1 d and 2 d after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of urinary tract infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of FURL and FURS can improve the surgical efficiency,facilitate the removal of stones,improve the surgical quality,shorten the operation time,reduce the surgical trauma,facilitate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,reduce the pain degree of patients,and improve the life quality of patients.关键词
