腕踝针联合中药熏蒸治疗气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究
Clinical Study of Wrist and Ankle Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation in the Treatment of Peripheral Neuropathy of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of wrist and ankle acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on TCM syndrome and neuropathy scores in diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients.Method:A total of 80 DPN patients admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Group A(40 cases)was treated with vitamin B1 and mecobalamine,group B(40 cases)was treated with wrist and ankle acupuncture and herbal fumigation on the basis of group A.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The scores of TCM symptoms,neuropathy,inflammation reaction and hemorheology were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:Compared with before treatment,scores of TCM symptoms,scores of neuropathy,levels of hypersensitive C-reative protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),plasma viscosity,whole blood low tangency viscosity and whole blood high tangency viscosity were all decreased in both groups after treatment,and the differences in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of wrist and ankle acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation in DPN patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis can effectively control symptoms,improve neuropathy,reduce inflammatory response damage,and promote hemorheology recovery.关键词
