移情理论视域下中职学生校园公共行为文明化的困境与突围
Dilemma and Breakthrough of Civilized Campus Public Behavior of Secondary Vocational Students Based on the Perspective of Empathy Theory
摘要
Abstract
The civilized campus public behavior of secondary vocational students requires secondary vocational students to learn to think in others'position,care for others,be responsible for others,and be able to examine and regulate their own uncivilized behavior in the campus public sphere from the perspective of others.The campus public behavior of secondary vocational students as a whole shows a trend of civilization and norms,and the purpose,motivation and basis of individual uncivilized public behavior show a tendency of"self-centered"centered on self-interests,self-feelings and personal values,which runs counter to the internal requirements of civilized campus public behavior of secondary vocational students.High level of empathy can dissolve the"self-centered"barrier of secondary vocational students,make students from self to others,from the circle of relations to strangers,from onlookers to actors,and help secondary vocational students to civilized campus public behavior.Therefore,we should dissolve the"self-centered"barriers of secondary vocational students by fostering a caring campus culture;enhance the empathetic cognitive components of secondary vocational students through scenario discussions centered on the theme of civilization;and deepen the empathetic affective components of secondary vocational students through role-playing activities centered on the theme of civilization.关键词
