美育赋能职业教育新质人才培养的价值彰显、关键挑战与发展方略
Prominent Value,Key Challenges and Development Strategies of Aesthetic Education Empowering the Cultivation of New-quality Talent in Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
The empowerment of aesthetic education in cultivating new-quality talents for vocational education is a proposition of the times that aligns with the demand for the integration of"specialty and aesthetics",aiming to enhance the quality of new-type talent cultivation.It is an urgent requirement that echoes the national educational planning's shift from"soft supplementation"to a"rigid core",responding to the educational aspirations of nurturing"master craftsmen"for a great nation.It also serves as a crucial pathway to promote the industrial integration of cultural creativity and aesthetic value,thereby fostering social development and industrial structure upgrading.However,the endeavor to empower vocational education with aesthetic education for new-quality talent cultivation still faces numerous key challenges,such as the inherent societal bias towards prioritizing technology over humanities and the limitations inherent in the foundational structure of vocational education;the inadequacy of the aesthetic education curriculum and teaching system,coupled with a scarcity of full-time teachers and resources for practical platforms;the weak aesthetic awareness among students and the evaluation system's neglect of the development of students'diverse aesthetic capabilities.Based on this,it is essential to strengthen the systematic support for aesthetic education policies and improve the cultural management system of aesthetic education in vocational colleges;promote the cross-disciplinary and interprofessional integration of aesthetic education with vocational education to forge new models of school-enterprise cooperation;facilitate the autonomous development of students'aesthetic education and construct an evaluation and incentive system for aesthetic education in vocational colleges.关键词
