Current Situation and Practical Paths of High-quality Development of Vocational Teachers'Professional Abilities

Abstract
Professional ability is an important standard to measure the level of vocational education teachers.This study conducted a survey on the current status of vocational ability of 742 vocational education teachers and 567 vocational education teacher trainees in Jiangsu Province,and found that:the overall vocational competence of vocational education teachers and education teacher trainees in Jiangsu Province is high,but the internal drive of the internship unit is not strong,and the formalism of cultivation and training still exists;there is a structural imbalance in the vocational education teachers team,and teachers'capacity for professional practice needs to be strengthened.Based on this,we propose effective paths for the high-quality development of vocational teachers'vocational ability:building a"three schools"joint training community,deepening the relevance and teacher-training character of the curriculum;exploring the"base+enterpris e+institution"multi-dimensional collaborative training mode and innovating the way of high-quality development of"double-qualified"teachers team;establishing a lifelong development system of vocational ability and promoting the improvement of digital literacy of vocational education teachers;abandoning the formalistic competence evaluation mode and establishing a long-term incentive mechanism.关键词
