Digital and Intelligent Competency of Higher Vocational College Teachers:Value Implications,Dimensional Composition and Enhancement Pathways
摘要
Abstract
Emerging from the new demands of the intelligent era,the digital and intelligent competency of higher vocational college teachers has taken shape.Specifically,it encompasses four fundamental dimensions:values,general knowledge,drive,and application capabilities.The underlying logic consists of the educational mission and norms guided by digital and intelligent ethics,the foundational role of general knowledge in enhancing competency amidst technological iterations,motivational mechanisms driving deeper engagement with digital and intelligent educational practices,and application capabilities serving as the decisive factor in determining the quality of student cultivation.Consequently,pathways for optimizing the digital and intelligent competency of higher vocational college teachers have been proposed,including strengthening the integration of values education with digital and intelligent ethics,reasonably establishing thresholds for teachers'digital general knowledge in higher vocational colleges,developing and refining incentive mechanisms for digital and intelligent teaching,and continuously advancing the construction of teachers'digital and intelligent application capabilities.关键词
