Construction Effectiveness,Practical Difficulties and Adjustment Paths of the Specialty Group in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
The construction of specialty groups is an important lever for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.In the first phase of the"double-high plan"construction,the construction of specialty groups focused on key areas,assisted industrial transformation and upgrading,and innovated collaborative education models,playing an important role in serving national strategies and regional economic development,and becoming the core carrier for promoting high-quality development of vocational education.Standing at the new starting point of the second phase of the"double-high plan"construction,a multidimensional deconstruction of the difficulties in the construction of specialty groups has been conducted,and it has been found that there are still problems such as incomplete dynamic adjustment mechanisms for specialty groups,unclear underlying governance logic,lack of systematic resource integration,and incomplete evaluation systems.To promote breakthrough innovation in the construction of specialty groups in the second phase of the"double-high plan",the synergistic effect of complex system elements should be leveraged to build a sustainable specialty group ecosystem;optimize the collaborative evolution network of elements within the group and fully leverage the spillover effects of collaborative innovation among specialty groups;clarify the governance authority of multiple stakeholders and enhance the overall effectiveness of specialty group ecosystem governance;focus on the development context,establish effective evaluation,and accelerate the overall ecological synergy optimization of specialty groups.关键词
