高职院校育人模式创新的基本经验、现实问题与优化策略
Basic Experiences,Practical Issues and Optimization Strategies for the Innovation of Talents Cultivation Models in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Against the backdrop of vigorously developing new-quality productive forces,accelerating the construction of a skilled society,and building a powerful education country,there is an urgent practical need for the innovation of talents cultivation models in higher vocational colleges.During the implementation of the first phase"double-high plan",various construction units reshaped their talents cultivation goals,formed a joint force for talent cultivation,improved their talent cultivation systems,refined their talent cultivation standards,and elevated their talents cultivation capabilities based on the three-dimensional logic of value,skills and cognition.However,deficiencies exist in the implementation of talent cultivation pathways,the evaluation of talent cultivation quality,the connection of talents cultivation modules,and the collaboration among talents cultivation entities,which to a certain extent,affect the overall achievement of talents cultivation outcomes.Based on this,during the construction of the second phase of the"double-high plan",construction units should strengthen top-level design to optimize talent cultivation pathways;promote evaluation reforms to focus on talent cultivation goals;deepen the integration of the"five educations integration"to improve talent cultivation quality;and solidify corporate responsibilities to strengthen collaborative talent cultivation.关键词
