摘要

Abstract

Implementing through-training programs is an important carrier and practical support for the construction of a modern vocational education system.Since Jiangsu Province piloted through-training programs in its modern vocational education system in 2012,it has gone through three stages:the"small-scale and multi-type"exploratory phase,the"large-scale and multi-pathway"rapid development phase,and the"effect-oriented and connotation-expanding"steady improvement phase.These stages have effectively promoted the connection between different levels of vocational education.However,it also faces challenge,which shows the"subjective tendency"of orientation,the"integration without depth"of the cooperation,the"connection without smoothness"of the mode,and the"lag"of the specialty and courses construction.Therefore,it is urgent to precisely define the value orientation of running educational institutions and establish a standardized and long-term project coordination mechanism;leverage the effectiveness of diverse entities to construct an efficiently operating industry-education collaborative cooperation mechanism;segment the hierarchical structure of capabilities and design an integrated education mechanism with connotative connections;closely follow the development requirements of new-quality productive forces and implement a dynamic and flexible professional course updating mechanism to optimize the practical pathways,thereby cultivating more technical and skilled talents that meet the development needs of society.
