摘要
Abstract
Through-training in vocational education is a necessity for building a powerful education country and an important measure to accelerate the cultivation of highly skilled talents.The through-training models in vocational school education include four types:secondary-higher vocational through-training,new five-year consecutive higher vocational education,secondary-bachelor through-training,and higher vocational-bachelor through-training.When specifically initiating and implementing these projects,they exhibit different characteristics in terms of project entities,project targets,conditions and methods for transitioning between stages,and the first academic degree obtained.Currently,the through-training of vocational education talents faces challenges such as an inadequate guarantee mechanism for through-training,an imperfect selection mechanism,and a lack of evaluation mechanisms and standards.To address these challenges,the following paths for through-training in vocational education are proposed:improving the through-training mechanism,advancing through-training in accordance with local conditions,and innovating the through-training approach.关键词
