Abstract
In the process of Chinese-style modernization,vocational education at the county level is of great significance for rural revitalization and common prosperity.The state has vigorously promoted the downward allocation of high-quality higher vocational education resources to counties and cities.This process has gone through stages such as early exploration,in-depth promotion,and comprehensive deepening,and relevant policies have been continuously optimized and improved.However,in the process of the downward allocation of these resources,there are many practical dilemmas,including unbalanced resource allocation,unsmooth management systems,insufficient depth of industry-education integration,and low recognition from students.In order to effectively break through these dilemmas,it is necessary to precisely adjust the resource allocation framework to accelerate the process of the downward allocation of high-quality higher vocational education resources;improve the management system and mechanism to enhance the effectiveness of the downward allocation of high-quality higher vocational education resources;promote in-depth industry-education to meet the needs of the downward allocation of high-quality higher vocational education resources;comprehensively enhance students'recognition and beautify the environment for the downward allocation of high-quality higher vocational education resources.关键词
