企业参与职业教育的行为谱系研究
Research on the Behavioral Spectrum of Enterprises Participating in Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
School-enterprise cooperation,as the basic mode of vocational education,is an important representation of the type of vocational education and a key lever for running vocational education well.Based on 2285 annual reports on enterprise participation in higher vocational education talent cultivation,and using the cooperation cycles,frequency,and degree of cooperation,the forms of school-enterprise cooperation are summarized into three main models:"bi-directional"symbiotic system comprehensive cooperation,"quasi wishful thinking"type I university led element type cooperation,and"quasi wishful thinking"type II enterprise proposition project-based cooperation.To further deepen the schools-enterprise cooperation,it is necessary to improve the policy system,innovate the ways of schools-enterprise cooperation,empower precise schools-enterprise cooperation through big data,and promote stable and far-reaching schools-enterprise.关键词
