摘要

Abstract

Germany has the highest level of population aging in Europe.In response,Germany is committed to promoting active aging and has introduced numerous policies and innovative practices in the development of elderly education.By tracing the development trajectory of Germany's elderly education policies over the past decade,it is found that they focus on four key dimensions:lifelong learning,social participation,vocational training,and digital literacy.The framework system for elderly education in Germany encompasses a diverse range of educational providers,flexible organizational forms,and a rich and varied curriculum,demonstrating the systematic and inclusive nature of elderly education in the country.Research findings reveal that Germany's key initiatives in developing elderly education mainly include enhancing digital literacy among the elderly,promoting their social integration and providing social care,and developing their professional skills.The main characteristics include the diversity of educational content,functions and forms.
