基于谱效关系的不同贮藏年限广陈皮抗氧化活性成分差异研究
Differences in Antioxidant Active Ingredients of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium with Different Storage Durations Based on Spectrum-Effect Relationship

Abstract
Objective:To screen the antioxidant active components of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(CRPC)based on the spectrum-effect relationship and analyze the differences in antioxidant-active components of CRPC with different storage durations.Methods:The antioxidant activity of 15 batches of CRPC samples stored for 3,6,11,17,and 21 years was evaluated using the ferric ion reducing antioxidant power(FRAP)assay and the 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)(ABTS)assay.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprints were established for all 15 batches,and gray correlation analysis was applied to correlate the common peaks with antioxidant activity,thereby identifying potential antioxidant components of CRPC.Based on the screened components,differences in content among CRPC samples with different storage durations were analyzed.Results:Antioxidant activity assays showed that the activity of CRPC samples stored for 3,6,and 11 years increased significantly with storage duration,whereas no statistically significant differences were observed among samples stored for 11,17,and 21 years.The antioxidant activity of CRPC stored for 6,11,17,and 21 years was significantly higher than that of CRPC stored for 3 years.HPLC fingerprint analysis identified 21 common peaks,among which 5-demethylnobiletin,hesperidin,tangeretin,and sinensetin were preliminarily screened as characteristic antioxidant components through gray correlation analysis.Content determination results showed that the total relative content of these four components gradually increased in CRPC samples stored for 3,6,and 11 years,with significantly higher levels in 11-year-old samples compared to 3-year-old samples.However,from 11,17,and 21 years,the total relative content of these components declined,consistent with the observed trend in antioxidant activity.Conclusion:The antioxidant active components of CRPC were identified,and preliminary validation confirmed that CRPC stored for 11 years or less aligns with the traditional theory of"the longer,the better".These findings provide a scientific reference for quality evaluation and clinical application of CRPC with different storage durations.关键词
