Abstract
Objective:To rapidly identify the chemical components in Polygala tenuifolia and Polygala sibirica,and explore the distribution of compounds in both plants.Methods:Ultra high performance liquid chromatography-Q-Electrostatic field orbital trap mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Orbitrap MS)was used to obtain the mass information of chemical constituents of P.tenuifolia and P.sibirica.The mass data was converted into mzXML format and uploaded to Global Natural Products Social(GNPS)platform for further analysis.The visual molecular networking result was obtained.Finally,compounds were rapidly identified by comparing them with controls and identifying excimer ion peaks and MS/MS ion fragments in the library.Results:In this study,34 compounds were rapidly identified,and the distribution of the potentially identified compounds in the two plants extracts was roughly the same.In addition,the fragmentation pathway of 3,6'-disinapoylsucrose analogues and flavonoid analogues was preliminarily speculated which provided a reference for further study of other types of compound iron fragmentation of P.tenuifolia and P.sibirica.Conclusion:The study elucidates the distribution of chemical components in P.tenuifolia and P.sibirica,providing a basis for the comprehensive development of Polygalae Radix resources.It also offers a method reference for the precise and rapid identification of the material basis in traditional Chinese medicines.关键词
