附子配方颗粒指纹图谱构建及药材-标准汤剂-配方颗粒相关性研究
Construction of fingerprint pattern of Fuzi formula granules and correlation study between medicinal materials,standard decoction pieces and formula granules

Abstract
Objective:HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata(Fuzi,Hei shunpian)formula granules were established,and the correlation analysis of the fingerprint chromatograms of medicinal materials,decoction pieces,standard decoctions and formula granules was conducted.Methods:An Agilent Extend C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 µm)was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.04 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate(pH 10.0)with gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 232 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The similarity evaluation of 15 batches of samples was conducted using Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System.The characteristic peaks were traced in the fingerprint chromatograms of medicinal materials,decoction pieces and standard decoctions to analyze the transfer rules of chemical components.Results:The similarity of the fingerprint of 15 batches of Fuzi(Heishunpian)formula granules was greater than 0.94,and 6 characteristic peaks could be traced in the fingerprint chromatograms of medicinal materials,decoction pieces and standard decoctions,with good correlation of chemical substance groups.Conclusion:This study establishes the fingerprint chromatogram of Fuzi(Heishunpian)formula granules by combining medicinal materials,decoction pieces and standard decoctions,which can provide a basis for the overall quality control,effectiveness and safety of the formula granules.关键词
