摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the absorption,distribution and excretion of inorganic elements in rats during the treatment of cerebral ischemia by Twenty Five Flavore Pearl Pills,so as to provide a reference for the basic research on the pharmacodynamic substances of Twenty Five Flavore Pearl Pills and its safe clinical use.Methods:A middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model was fabricated,and the content of inorganic elements in the blood of the abdominal aorta,the heart,the liver,and other tissues of the rats was quantitatively determined by ICP-MS 30 min and 24 h after the administration of the drug,respectively.Results:Among the 22 inorganic elements to be tested,the absorption,distribution and excretion of 13 elements in the body were measured.The absorption rate of each element in rats was in the order of Mg,Ca,Cr,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,As,Mo,Ba,Hg>Sr and Sb,and the excretion rate was Mg,Cu and Mo>Cr,Mn,Zn,As,Ba and Hg>Ca,Fe,Sr and Sb.After 24 hours of administration,Fe was detected in the abdominal aorta blood,Ca in the heart,Sr in the spleen and Sb in the lungs,which might cause accumulation in the rat body.Conclusion:Thirteen elements had significant absorption,distribution and excretion processes in the body of MCAO rats,of which 18 elements including Pb,Hg and Cu did not accumulate in the body at clinically administered doses,whereas four element,Ca,Fe,Sr and Sb,might accumulate.
