Abstract
Objective:This article aims to study the regularity and characteristics of fresh medicine application in the oldest medical formula in China called Fifty-two Disease Prescriptions.Methods:This article used the literature metrology method to sort out and analyze the information about the frequency of use of fresh drugs,the property,the taste,the meridians,the dosage form and usage,and the main symptoms.Results:There were 106 kinds of fresh drugs recorded in the Silk Book,including 57 kinds of fresh medicinal plants and 49 kinds of fresh medicinal animals,with a total use frequency of 194 times.The medicinal properties were mainly cold and warm(61.06%),and the medicinal taste was mostly sweet and bitter(58.34%),with the liver meridian being the most common meridian(17.95%).The dosage form and usage were divided into oral and external use(21.19%),with oral use mainly consisting of decoction and powder,and external use mainly consisting of ointment and raw materials(41.73%).The main symptoms were surgical,trauma,and skin diseases.Conclusions:It is found that most of the fresh medicines in Fifty-two Disease Prescriptions not only come from a wide range of sources,but also have the characteristics of multi use of one medicine,homology of medicine and food,and both internal and external treatment.Some of the use of fresh medicines also reflects the unique treatment methods of witch doctor culture and early surgical disinfection.The article takes the silk manuscript Fifty-Two Prescriptions for Diseases as its starting point,showcasing the development characteristics of refining and preserving the essence of fresh herbs,with the aim of providing documentary evidence for the clinical application and modern development of fresh herbs.关键词
