基于"辨经论治"研究针刺对中风后吞咽障碍疗效的影响
Efficacy of Acupuncture Based on the Theory of"Meridian Differentiation and Treatment"on Post-Stroke Swallowing Disorders

Abstract
Objective:To verify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture based on the theory of"Meridian Differentiation and Treatment"for treating kidney meridian symptoms of post-stroke swallowing disorders,and its effect on monoamine neurotransmitter levels,compared to conventional acupuncture methods.This study aims to provide new insights and more effective treatment options for post-stroke swallowing disorders.Methods:Sixty-four patients with post-stroke swallowing disorders who visited Anhui Provincial Acupuncture Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group received conventional local acupuncture,while the treatment group received acupuncture according to meridian differentiation combined with acupuncture at the cervical and Glossopharyngeal regions.Treatments were administered once a day and 6 days a week for 4 weeks.The efficacy and changes in serum monoamine neurotransmitter levels were compared after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:Two patients dropped out from the control group,and one from the treatment group.The comprehensive efficacy rate in the treatment group was 96.77%(30/31),compared to 80.00%(24/30)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The treatment group showed significant improvements in the WST,SSA,MMASA,and TCM symptom scoring scales(P<0.01),with improvements significantly exceeding those in the control group(P<0.01).The differences in serum monoamine neurotransmitter levels before and after treatment were statistically significant in both groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture guided by the meridian differentiation and treatment theory is superior to conventional acupuncture methods in treating post-stroke swallowing disorders,and it also significantly improves serum monoamine neurotransmitter levels compared to conventional acupuncture.关键词
