中药封包联合抗结核药物对结核性腹膜炎患者中医证候积分、腹水CA125、IL-10、SIL-2R水平的影响
Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine External Compress Combined with Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs on TCM Syndrome Scores,Ascites CA125,IL-10,and SIL-2R Levels in Patients with Tuberculous Peritonitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external compress combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in treating tuberculous peritonitis(TBP)and explore its effects on patients'TCM syndrome scores and levels of ascites cancer antigen 125(CA125),interleukin(IL)-10,and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R).Methods:A total of 120 TBP patients treated at Shaanxi Provincial Tuberculosis Control Institute from October 2020 to October 2023 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received anti-tuberculosis drug treatment,while the treatment group received additional TCM external compress therapy on the basis of the control group.Each treatment course lasted 4 weeks,and both groups were treated for 2 courses.Changes in TCM syndrome scores,efficacy,symptom improvement,and safety were compared between the two groups.Blood and ascites samples were collected before treatment and after 2 courses of treatment to measure relevant indicators.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group decreased significantly compared to baseline and were lower than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%(56/60),higher than 80.00%(48/60)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The disappearance times of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,fever,abdominal mass,and ascites in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,serum levels of adenosine deaminase(ADA),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and procalcitonin(PCT)in the treatment group decreased significantly compared to baseline and were lower than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).The levels of ascites CA125 and SIL-2R in the treatment group decreased significantly compared to baseline and were lower than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05),while IL-10 levels increased significantly compared to baseline and were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in adverse reactions(13.33%vs.8.33%)or complications(1.67%vs.8.33%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:TCM external compress combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs is safe and effective for TBP,significantly improving clinical symptoms,reducing ascites CA125 and SIL-2R levels,and increasing IL-10 levels.关键词
