宣白承气汤用于结直肠癌术后肺热肠燥证对患者肺功能、胃肠道功能的影响
Effect of Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction on Pulmonary Function and Gastrointestinal Function in Colorectal Cancer Patients with Lung-Heat and Intestinal-Dryness Syndrome after Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction on colorectal cancer patients with lung-heat and intestinal-dryness syndrome after surgery.Methods:A total of 96 colorectal cancer patients who underwent surgery at Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group received routine postoperative treatment,while the Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction group was additionally treated with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction.Serum gastrointestinal hormone levels were measured on postoperative day 1 and day 7.Gastrointestinal function recovery was recorded,and pulmonary function indicators,T lymphocyte subgroups,as well as complications such as incision infections and pulmonary infections,were monitored.Results:On postoperative day 7,the serum motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)levels in the Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The first defecation time,recovery time of bowel sounds,first passing of gas time,and first feeding time in the Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction group were all significantly shorter than in the control group(P<0.01).On postoperative day 7,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)in the Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of CD3+and CD4+T cells in the Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction group were higher,while the CD8+T cell level was lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications,including incision infections and pulmonary infections,was significantly lower in the Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction treatment in colorectal cancer patients with lung-heat and intestinal-dryness syndrome after surgery can regulate gastrointestinal hormone levels,promote gastrointestinal function recovery,improve pulmonary function and immune function,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.关键词
