温阳化饮方治疗脾肾阳虚型肥胖症患者的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Obesity with the Wenyang Huayin Formula

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Wenyang Huayin Formula in treating patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type obesity and its effects on blood lipid levels(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha).Methods:A total of 64 patients diagnosed with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type obesity from the Preventive Healthcare Center and Physical Examination Center of Xiyuan Hospital were selected from September 2021 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 32 patients in each group.Seven patients dropped out,leaving 30 patients in the experimental group and 27 in the control group.The control group received lifestyle intervention alone,while the experimental group received the Wenyang Huayin Formula in addition to the lifestyle intervention.Infrared thermal imaging was used to capture images before and after treatment,including absolute temperature(T)and relative temperature(ΔT=regional surface average temperature-pre-treatment surface average temperature).After 4 weeks of treatment,the weight loss rate,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,blood lipid levels,TNF-alpha,body composition,and changes in infrared thermal imaging temperature were compared between the two groups to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the experimental group showed better improvement in hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,skeletal muscle,and visceral fat area compared to the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group also demonstrated better improvement in TG,HDL-C,and TNF-alpha levels compared to the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group showed greater improvement in T2,T3,T4,T6,ΔT1,ΔT2,and ΔT3 compared to the control group(P<0.05).The weight loss rate in the experimental group was 66.7%,which was higher than the 37.04%in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment in the experimental group was 100%,higher than the 33.33%in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of the Wenyang Huayin Formula with lifestyle adjustments can significantly reduce obesity in patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,improve fat loss and muscle gain,and enhance lipid metabolism,chronic inflammation response,and infrared thermal imaging temperature.This treatment is more effective than lifestyle adjustment alone and is safe to use.关键词
