当归芍药散对肾病综合征患儿脂肪因子及脂毒性的干预作用
Intervention of Danggui Shaoyao San on Adipokines and Lipotoxicity in Children with Nephrotic Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of Danggui Shaoyao San on adipokines and lipotoxicity in children with nephrotic syndrome,including Omentin-1,Chemerin,Fetuin-A,Apelin,and other adipokines.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 children with nephrotic syndrome who visited the pediatrics department of Heilongjiang Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2019 to November 2023.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group based on the treatment regimen.The control group received general treatment combined with steroid therapy,while the observation group received Danggui Shaoyao San in addition to the treatment plan.After 4 weeks of treatment,the following parameters were observed:serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),atherosclerosis index(AIP),atherosclerosis coefficient(AC),and levels of Omentin-1,Chemerin,Fetuin-A,and Apelin.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the TC and TG levels in the control group were significantly improved(P<0.05).In the observation group,TC,TG,LDL,and HDL showed statistically significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in these parameters between the two groups(P<0.05).Similarly,levels of Omentin-1,Chemerin,Fetuin-A,Apelin,AIP,and AC showed significant differences before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the two groups revealed statistically significant differences in all parameters(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danggui Shaoyao San can regulate the levels of adipokines in children with nephrotic syndrome,improve hyperlipidemia,and reduce vascular endothelial lipotoxicity damage.关键词
