乌梅丸合四逆散加减方治疗胆结石微创术后患者的疗效及对患者胆囊功能、炎性因子的影响
Efficacy of the Modified Formula of Mume Pills Combined with Sini Powder in Treating Patients after Minimally Invasive Gallstone Surgery and Its Effects on Gallbladder Function and Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Mume Pill combined with modified Sini Powder in treating patients after minimally invasive gallstone surgery.Methods:A total of 82 patients with gallstones who underwent minimally invasive surgery from January 2021 to December 2023 at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group,with 41 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid tablets postoperatively,while the TCM group received additional Mume Pill combined with modified Sini Powder.Gallbladder function indicators,serum inflammatory factors,and gastrointestinal hormone levels were measured before and after treatment.The recovery status of the patients and clinical efficacy were also assessed.Results:After treatment,the TCM group showed a significantly higher gallbladder contraction rate(GCR)and a significantly lower gallbladder wall thickness compared to the control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-10 in the TCM group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM group had significantly higher serum motilin(MTL)levels and significantly lower vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)levels than the control group(P<0.05).The TCM group had a significantly shorter hospital stay,first flatus time,and first bowel movement time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the TCM group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Mume Pill combined with modified Sini Powder after minimally invasive gallstone surgery can improve gallbladder function,suppress inflammation,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,with significant overall efficacy.关键词
