当归芍药散治疗糖尿病认知障碍的研究进展
Research Progress on the Treatment of Diabetes-Associated Cognitive Impairment with Danggui Shaoyao San
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous increase in the global number of diabetic patients,the incidence of diabetes-associated cognitive dysfunction has been rising,making it significant to explore the pathological mechanisms and intervention strategies for diabetic cognitive impairment.Danggui Shaoyao San,as a classic formula,is known for its effects in tonifying blood,activating blood circulation,strengthening the spleen,and regulating the liver.Its main components include polysaccharides,alkaloids,volatile oils,and others.Danggui Shaoyao San exerts its effects by regulating multiple pathways,such as AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt),mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase(MAPK/ERK),and others.These pathways work synergistically to improve brain injury and slow the progression of diabetes-associated cognitive dysfunction.This article reviews the mechanisms and pharmacological basis of Danggui Shaoyao San in the treatment of diabetes-associated cognitive impairment,aiming to provide references for its clinical application.关键词
