中医外治法治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的研究进展
Research Progress on the External Treatment Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Premature Ovarian Insufficiency
摘要
Abstract
Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is one of the major causes of infertility.Due to its complex pathogenesis and chronic course,and the lack of radical treatments,POI remains a hotspot and a challenge in reproductive endocrinology.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)external treatments can regulate the internal organs,promote the flow of meridians and collaterals,and enhance the circulation of Qi and blood,while balancing Yin and Yang.By regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian(HPO)axis,modulating sex hormone levels,correcting immune dysfunction,and reducing oxidative stress and inflammation,TCM can improve ovarian function.TCM external therapies are helpful for achieving a positive pregnancy outcome in patients and show good clinical efficacy.Due to their advantages,such as simplicity,reliable effectiveness,and safety,they have attracted widespread attention from scholars worldwide.This review summarizes the application of TCM external treatments,such as acupuncture,moxibustion,cupping,and five-element music therapy,in the treatment of POI in the past five years,aiming to expand clinical treatment approaches and improve patient quality of life and health management.关键词
