基于"肾脑相关"探讨聪脑通络针法治疗脑瘫认知障碍
Exploring the Treatment of Cognitive Impairment in Cerebral Palsy with Congnao Tongluo Acupuncture Method Based on"Kidney Brain Correlation"

Abstract
Cognitive impairment is a common complication of pediatric cerebral palsy,falling under the categories of"Five Delays"and"Five Flaccidities"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).The brain,regarded as the"sea of marrow,"governs intelligence and cognition,yet the nourishment of cerebral marrow depends on the abundance of kidney essence.Thus,the core pathology of cognitive impairment in cerebral palsy lies in the kidney-brain correlation.The Congnao Tongluo Acupuncture method,developed by Professor Chen Junjun,a renowned TCM expert in Hunan Province,employs syndrome differentiation tailored to pediatric physiological characteristics.Based on the"kidney-brain correlation"theory,this approach integrates three therapeutic dimensions,which are tonifying the kidney and replenishing marrow via Shenshu(BL23),Taixi(KI3),and Mingmen(GV4),dredging the Governor Vessel and awakening the mind via Baihui(GV20),Shenting(GV24),and Yintang(EX-HN3),strengthening the brain and opening the orifices via Sishencong(EX-HN1),Zhisanzhen,and Niesanzhen.These acupoints synergistically improve cognitive function in affected children.关键词
