盛国滨针刺经筋结点治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪
SHENG Guobin's Acupuncture at Meridian Sinew Nodes for Treating Post-Stroke Spastic Paralysis

Abstract
Professor SHENG Guobin,based on the meridian sinew theory,considers post-stroke spastic paralysis(SPS)to fall under the category of"meridian sinew disorders."According to the characteristics of knots and gatherings in the distribution of the twelve meridian sinews,he has established meridian sinew nodes.Combined with modern rehabilitation medicine's antagonistic muscle theory,and with the treatment principle of"relaxing meridian sinews and facilitating joints,antagonizing spasticity,"he has applied electroacupuncture to the antagonistic muscle meridian sinew nodes for SPS.This article analyzes the rationale and methods of acupuncture at meridian sinew nodes for treating SPS through typical case studies.For elbow flexion in SPS,the elbow extension node and wrist-finger extension nodes were selected.For hand motor dysfunction,the finger extension node and finger abduction node were chosen.For knee hyperextension,the medial superior knee flexion point,medial inferior knee flexion point,lateral superior knee flexion point,and lateral inferior knee flexion point were used.For foot inversion,the foot eversion node and ankle flexion node were selected.After achieving the needling sensation,electroacupuncture was applied using sparse waves to enhance antagonistic muscle strength and inhibit spastic muscle tension,thereby alleviating limb spasticity.关键词
