从"气虚络瘀"论述肺纤维化中细胞衰老与线粒体功能障碍的相关性
Correlation Between Cellular Senescence and Mitochondrial Dysfunction in Pulmonary Fibrosis from the Perspective of"Qi Deficiency and Collateral Stasis"

Abstract
Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is a chronic progressive lung disease with a high mortality rate,and there is currently no effective treatment for its radical cure.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)believes that"Qi deficiency and collateral stasis"is the key pathogenesis of PF,and thus,clinical treatments often include herbs or formulas that tonify Qi,activate blood circulation,and unblock the Collaterals.Recent domestic and international research indicates that PF is a disease related to cellular senescence,where senescent cells continuously accumulate and disrupt the normal tissue microenvironment,triggering abnormal tissue remodeling,which ultimately leads to the occurrence and progression of PF.Mitochondrial dysfunction is also considered one of the key factors in PF.Mitochondrial dysfunction can induce senescence with a distinct secretory phenotype,contributing to the aging of alveolar epithelial cells,fibroblasts,and immune cells,thereby accelerating pulmonary fibrosis(PF)progression.This paper summarizes the latest domestic and international research literature,analyzing the specific mechanisms of cellular senescence and mitochondrial dysfunction in PF,and their interrelationship.The study finds that TCM herbs and formulas that promote Qi circulation,activate collateral circulation,and unblock the collaterals can play a positive role in inhibiting excessive cellular senescence and mitochondrial dysfunction.This aligns with the"Qi deficiency and collateral stasis"pathogenesis of PF,thereby revealing the scientific rationale for using TCM to intervene in cell senescence-related mitochondrial dysfunction in the treatment of PF.关键词
