中医药治疗顺铂诱导急性肾损伤作用机制的研究进展
Research Progress on the Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Cisplatin-Induced Acute Kidney Injury
摘要
Abstract
Cisplatin is an effective chemotherapeutic agent for various solid tumors,but its accumulation in renal proximal tubular epithelial cells can induce inflammation,cellular damage,and death,leading to nephrotoxicity and severe complications such as acute kidney injury(AKI).Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)demonstrates multi-pathway and multi-target characteristics in treating AKI.It can regulate renal metabolism through multiple pathways,reduce kidney damage,and maintain"yin-yang balance".This review summarizes relevant literature and reveals that TCM exerts therapeutic effects on cisplatin-induced AKI through mechanisms including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and anti-apoptotic actions by modulating classical signaling pathways such as NF-κB and Nrf2,thereby reducing cisplatin nephrotoxicity.关键词
