金银花的化学成分与药理作用研究进展
Research Progress on the Chemical Components and Pharmacological Effects of Lonicera japonica Thunb.

Abstract
As a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,Lonicera japonica Thunb.has a long history of clinical application with multiple therapeutic effects including heat-clearing and detoxification,dispersing wind-heat,and cooling blood to stop dysentery.This article reviews recent research progress on Lonicera japonica Thunb.,revealing that its main chemical constituents include flavonoids,volatile oils,organic acids,iridoid glycosides,and triterpenoid saponins,along with rich contents of alkaloids,ceramides,and various trace elements.Its pharmacological effects primarily involve the respiratory,digestive,endocrine,and cardiovascular systems,demonstrating antibacterial,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,immunomodulatory,hepatoprotective,lipid-lowering,and antitumor activities.关键词
