摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing breast reconstruction with profunda artery perforator(PAP)flap.Methods Sixteen patients who underwent breast reconstruction with PAP flap were provided with preoperative psychological care,dietary preparation,postoperative dietary care,and local wound care.Clinical nursing points were summarized.Results The patients recovered well after surgery,were satisfied with the surgical outcomes,and were discharged smoothly.Conclusion Close observation of the dynamic changes in the patient's condition,along with sufficient,standardized,and effective nursing are important guarantees for the success of the surgery.关键词
