猪源乳酸杆菌对致病性大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌黏附猪小肠黏膜上皮细胞影响的研究
Effect of Lactobacillus isolated from swine on adhesion of pathogenic Escherichia coli and salmonella to porcine intestinal epithelial cells

Abstract
A strain of Lactobacillus with the best inhibitory effect on pathogenic Escherichia coli and salmonella isolated from pigs was screened.The 16S rRNA gene was sequenced and its homology was analyzed,the strain was identified as Lactobacillus fermentum and named as strain LAB10.The adhesion of LAB10 strain to porcine small intestinal epithelial cells was observed by in vitro culture to simulate in vivo reaction,the competition,rejection and displacement of adhesion cells of pathogenic Escherichia coli and salmonella were analyzed.The results showed that LAB10 strain could inhibit the growth of pathogenic Escherichia coli and salmonella,and could adhere to small intestinal epithelial cells.When co-cultured with porcine pathogenic Escherichia coli and salmonella,within a suitable range,the higher the content LAB10 strain,the stronger its ability to adhere to the mucosal cells of the porcine small intestinal epithelium,and the more bacteria adhere.The adhesion of LAB10 strain with low content was not strong enough,and the LAB10 strain with high content could destroy the small intestinal epithelial cells.In order to find the best content of probiotics suitable for adding in pig breeding,lactobacillus in pig intestine was isolated and identified,and its probiotic characteristics were analyzed,it provided experimental basis for Lactobacillus to prevent and Cure colibacillosis and salmonellosis in pig breeding.关键词
